Using Findlay Toyota is convenient. I could make an appointment online. I needed to get home for a delivery to my house. I signed up for a free ride home . When my car was ready, I was met at my home and driven to the service department to pick up my car. Convenient all around.

I was treated positively and service was performed on time. No pressure was applied to approve additional services. Have always had good experiences at Findlay.

We took our Venza in for service. They were ready when we arrived, completed the work as promised and on time. Even gave us a ride to the movies.

I went in for a new or used car. I was hesitant to do so as past experience was full of pressure to buy something I could not afford. Dustin, knew my parameters and my situation after I contacted him on the internet. He set up the appointment and already knew the trucks/cars to show me based on the information I gave him. NO pressure to buy something I couldn't afford but instead he kept my wishes at the forefront of the entire visit. I would recommend Dustin and the dealership to everyone I meet!!
