Dustin was welcoming and patient as we went through the process. My first car buying experience was pleasant and while it did take a while, Dustin worked with me the whole way. He topped it off by sending me a picture of me ringing the bell with a dog bone!

From start to finish I could not be happier with my experience at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. I live in Vegas and was unable to find the perfect truck locally. Knowing that the local Findlay dealers have a great reputation I began searching at Findlay dealerships outside my area. I found the perfect truck at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff and after inquiring about it Dustin Donahue in the internet sales department responded immediately. Dustin went out of his way to answer all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the truck so I knew what I was buying. Dustin got all the financing and paperwork in place without me being there. When I walked into the dealership the next day I was in and out of there in 40 minutes including taking a test drive. The finance department was not pushy and gave me a straight forward deal. I can’t thank Dustin or Findlay Toyota Flagstaff enough for making this the most pleasant car buying experience.

Dustin made my car buying experience very straightforward, even helping to setup my contacts from my phone on the dash display! I would recommend Dustin to friends. I would suggest that Findlay advise folks in advance of extended warranty options prior to day of purchase.

I brought my car in with a check engine light on, they charged me 100.00 and said it was my gas cap. The check engine light came back on, I was told to bring it back, so I brought it back. They did more tests and said it was the fuel filler neck and charged me $1,000.00. The next day the engine light was back on, when I finally got a hold of Leslie, which was not easy, I was told to bring it back, so I did. Guess what...they wanted more money...I told them no. I had my daughter drive the car back to California and took it to my mechanic, he found the problem in less than a couple hours. He found a crack in one of the lines and replaced it. The cost of the hose was less than $10 dollars. The poor service, lack of knowledge and taking advantage of customers, for these reasons I do not recommend Toyota of Flagstaff.

I just recently purchased a used 2007ToyotaFJ. Worked with Trey Hudson sales manager and Ben Gleeson sales associate. Both extremely professional and helpful. The entire staff is awesome. Traveled from 2 hours away and would certianally do it all over again. If your in the market new or used you won’t go wrong dealing with these guys. 5 star
