Lee Toyota of Topsham

We set out to buy a new car with several dealers on the list. We never went beyond Lee Toyota in Topsham. Andrew To was by far the best automobile salesman we have ever worked with. He was well informed about his products, helpful about showing us (vs. simply telling) what each one offered, and infinitely patient with our questions and requests. Equally important, he knew when to be quiet and let us reflect. Drew is adept at talking with a customer to clarify his/her needs and find the model that best suits them. We never thought we would buy a Camry XLE hybrid, but we couldn't be more pleased. Jon Newland, the business manager, was equally impressive. He moved our financing through expediently and explained our warranty options clearly. Though Jon has been through this administrative process countless times, he genuinely seemed to share in our delight. It is rare to meet a financial person was so much enthusiasm and personal warmth. This is the third car we have bought from Lee Toyota and the experience gets better every time.

Upon arriving at the Toyota Dealership, we were greeted by salesperson Joe Day. He was very relaxed , friendly, and quite knowledgeable of the product he was selling. Joe Day was very customer friendly and would work with again.

We made a query on line about a 2013 RAV4 and were notified that a vehicle was available at the Topsham location. We were met by the Sales Manager who introduced us to Kevin Cough. Kevin really listened to our wish list for our new car, set us up with a test drive, and gave us complete info about the car and the dealership (even though we were clear we were still shopping and had other cars to see). We appreciated the time he spent with us, and we realized the good deal he could provide, and the relationship we could develop with Lee Auto Malls. We returned to the dealership to buy the car we had driven, and Kevin did a terrific job of getting us through the paperwork and orienting us to our new car. (and... he gave us donuts and coffee !). We had a great buying experience !

I recently purchased a new to me 2012 Toyota Sienna! I called Andrew and he found me exactly what I was looking for, color and everything!! I love it! Best service I have ever encountered!! My Sienna has bluetooth, I didn't know how it worked so Andrew not only explained it but also set it up through my phone so I didn't have to try to remember after. My van didn't have floor mats in it, I requested some... NO PROBLEM, they even got delivered to my house by Andrew personally! Could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience! I am planning my next car/truck purchase already, just deciding what we want and then I will have Andrew find it for us!!! It was a pleasure!

I recently was in need of a new car. Andrew was with other customers but found someone who was very helpful and came quickly. She reviewed options and great Toyotas. I was notified of options after I visited and was very pleased with the interest in helping me. I recently researched buying a new truck and had it narrowed down to a Ford F-150XLT and a Toyota Tundra. I have previously owned a Tundra and loved it, but was looking to see what else was out there. Jennifer Towers did a fantastic job explaining the new Tundra options, lease vs. buy options and how my trade would be handled. I plan to purchase the Tundra from Jennifer at Lee Toyota as soon as I get some financial things in order.

I didn't buy my car through Lee, but was very impressed with the represesenative who worked hard in trying to find a car that fit with my needs. I wasn't able to find what I needed, but Drew worked very hard at trying to find me the right car.
