Lee Toyota of Topsham

We just purchased our second car from Lee Toyota in two years, both with the assistance of salesman Joe Day. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of personal attention from Joe, the professional and courteous approach exhibited by everyone in the office, and the overall experience. Our daughter also purchased her car from Lee Toyota. We recommend this dealer (and Joe Day) very highly!

It was a pleasure doing business with Joe Day. He was genuine and easy going. He delivered everything as promised and always followed through. My wife and I had an excellent experience with the dealership's sales division from Joe, to his manager Mike and Jill in the business office. We have our other vehicle serviced there and the service department is also excellent. The service manager, Eric, is a very kind, industrious individual. We feel respected and our well treated. We would recommend them for sales or service without hesitation.

The individuals at Lee Toyota were exceedingly friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific vehicle and Mike Walker worked hard to secure it from another dealership in New England. The price was competitive and I received a fair value for my trade. My experience with Lee Toyota was positive on all counts.

This is our 2nd purchase from Lee Toyota in Topsham. We returned to see our salesman,Joe Day. Joe is among the very best in sales people. He certainly knows how to deal with people, is knowledagble and makes you feel at ease. Never during our 2 visits with Joe did he ever treatus with any pressure,hurry us,etc. We started with Joe Day ,met Joe Tolpin& Jill.Mr. Lee you have a great team woring for you in Topsham . During my last visit I also met Tom,the Gen. Mgr.of toyota & Nissan. Tom is just as great to deal with as the others! On occassions when we have had service performed,the same is true. I do not know all the names,keep those people!

My husband and I were looking for a used Toytoa Seinna online and came across the Lee Dealership. We placed a call to find out more information about the van and were put in touch with Joe. Joe called us back with all the details we were looking for and with information releated to financing that we needed. About a 2 weeks later we decided to drive down and take a look at the van. Upon our arrival, Joe met us and our 2 children to start looking at the van. We had planned on a used Seinna, however after meeting with Joe and getting all of options shown to us, we decided to get the new Seinna. Joe and the team worked quickly and efficintly to get all the paperwork completed and us on our way. I would recommend Joe and team at Lee for anyone looking for a new/used car. They are a pleasure to work with.

I searched cars on line and found a nearly new (2,100 miles) Rav 4 which interested me so I drove over to Lee in Topsham to look at it. I had no intention of buying that day or for that matter anytime in the near future. My car, though 5 and 1/2 years old was running well and I liked it very much. Lucky -for me Trisha Hunter was waiting for someone to walk through the door. From the first introduction I felt she was someone I wanted to deal with. I bought my first Toyota in 1990 and had a woman salesman that time. Nothing against men, but as a woman, I prefer to deal with someone who truly understands my physie. I would seek Trish out for another car and I will certainly tell folks about the wonderful way she handles car sales. I would also like to mention how impressed I was while reading Shep Lee's obituary. He did so many wonderful and often unsung things for the people of Maine. Joe was just wonderful! NO pressure! The experience from the first phone call (Scott Clement-Regional sales manager) replying to an internet inquiry ,to meeting Joe ,where we went from" just taking a ride " to buying our new Venza that same night. Joe gave us ALL the info we required plus more. Did research for us on the cars available for what we were requiring and then sat with us to collate all the facts along with any other extra's that we wanted to either add to the vehicle OR not have on it. I would highly recommend Joe Day as an excellent car sales representative when you decide to purchase a new OR used vehicle!

Out of all the times I've purchased a car in my lifetime I have never had such a wonderful experience. I knew exactly what I wanted. I emailed Mike Walker. He brought it to me. We signed the papers.
