Had a couple of issues that was taken care of quickly and George our service writer was excellent to work with.

It is a problem that Rountree does not offer the Ford ESP or participate in some other benefits for Ford employees/retirees.

most comfortable waiting area ever

There was a recall on Toyota sienna for gear shifts. So we had it changed. We waited in the waiting area. The couches were beautiful and comfy. The tv was large. Two things could have made it better. I wanted to there to be more tables with chairs and tv turned up a little louder. But other than those minor things everything was great. The staff was so nice and friendly. If I ever get the chance to buy another car, I'm coming here.
