ROUNDTREE IS AWESOME

I own a 2014 Ford Escape, it's my second ford from this dealership. I have always been very impressed with Roundtree. Not just each department, but everyone I have dealt with, from sales to service. Until I bought my first ford I put car dealerships in the same hat as some other professions I try to steer clear of. Well, all of you at Roundtree have turned me around on that, I actually look forward to each visit because not only do I feel welcomed the moment I get there, I feel like I'm being catered to every step of the way, and it is not in a (I want all your business) kind of way, the sincerity runs from the front door to the back door. I thank Roundtree for caring enough to take the time to make ME feel special. In closing, we have bought a total of 4 vehicles from the Roundtree family of dealerships, and I appreciate each one of them equally. Thanks for making a differance, which is so hard to find these days. My hat is off to you all.

RUDE Staff after purchase.

You must be hiring your "friends" to run the various offices. Several of these woman are overtly rude and obviously fear no repercussions. EVERY single time I am forced to call for information regarding one of our several vehicle purchases or their service, I am appalled at how little regard for professionalism is evident at the Ford location. Shameful and annoying. Our repairs look great, but the dealership itself has the "I don't really care" attitude after the purchase paperwork is signed.

Excellent Customer relations

I purchased a 2014 Fiesta and I am quite pleased with its performance. Trey McRae was quite helpful. When the paperwork was done, the crew who completes the detailing of the vehicle was already gone for the day so Mr. McRae had me come back one day during the week so that I could get a free detailing since I was unable to get one on the day of purchase.
