Service and Detail was excellent, but they forgot to replace a R/R Fender marker light that I called in to replace and left the vehicle overnight.

Battery service for my F150

I needed a battery for my F150.I checked with the local parts houses and got there prices.I called your dealership and found that not only was the price better,but you checked the truck to see if that was the cause of my problem. The servive adviser was very helpful and I will come back.

I was pleased with the service I received from all involved, Derek Mills, Mary Rountree, and Mike Kelley. No pressure. All wanted to make sure I was pleased with my purchase decision. We have been driving the car for two weeks now and loving it. The only problem I have had that I need to address is receiving a 'SD Card Fault' error a couple of times. Thank you for a great experience. It was worth the drive from Newnan, GA to Lake City, FL!

Awesome service, awesome team work

I traded my beautiful 2012 Red Mustang , sadly, for a. 2014 WhiteFord Edge, my salesman was Dione Reynolds. He was awesome , very knowledgable and even has a sense of humor, having to deal with so many undeceive women. I want to thank him and Ford-for a wonderful experience, . I purchased a vehicle in 2012 from this dealer and the experiece was less then satisfactory, I felt pushed and taken advantage of in the end. I was reluctant to deal with this dealership but was contacted by Charles Jolliffe and I must say the dealership has redeemed themselves in the value of true customer service. He really took some time with me in deciding the vehicle that would best meet my needs and worked out the particulars without any hassle. I absolutely love the vehicle and have had a tremendous amount of feedback on FB regarding the make and model. Charles you were great, keep up the good work - this may be your fit!
