Vehicle - 2014 Ford Fusion. Service was great. Staff, Kelly was most helpful and courteous. Even offered me a banana.

Excellent service department

Kelly H. and crew were extremely helpful in evaluating and repairing a major vibration felt in the steering column. The service department was extremely busy on the day that I was there, yet the staff remained very friendly, calm, and very customer-service friendly. Four new Michelin tires cured the problem!

2014 Ford F-150 Pick-Up

We purchased a Ford F-150 Pick-Up on May 26,2014. Mr. Levis Odom was our Sales Consultant/Professional and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Mr. Odom who was most thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable. If and when we are ever considering another new vehicle, we would most certainly ask for Mr. Odom to handle the purchase. Over the last few years, with our other Ford vehicles, Mr. Randy Fletcher has been our Service Representative, and like Mr. Odom is very courteous, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the Ford products. Mr. Fletcher has always provided us with wonderful service and straight forward answers to questions and concerns. There are no limits to the future success of Rountree-Moore Ford as long as the Firm employees people like Mr. Levis Odom and Mr. Randy Fletcher. However, this is where the good news ends and the bad news starts. We purchased a Bed Liner and a Folding Tonneau Cover for the new Ford-150 and these items were installed by the Body Shop at Rountree-Moore Ford and paid for on June 10,2014 ($1,400.02 ). The Cover leaked like a sieve and we were informed by the Body Shop that the product was installed properly and it would leak to a certain amount. Only through the efforts of Mr. Levis Odom and Mr. Randy Fletcher was it determined that the Body Shop had FAILED to install the Drain Lines for the Tonneau Cover. This error was corrected on September 22 and 23, 2014 after certain additional parts were ordered and installed by the Body Shop. While we would certainly recommend, as noted above, your Firm to our friends for Sales and Service, we would be very hard pressed to recommend your Body Shop for any work on any vehicle since there would always be the question of how well the repair work was performed.

I felt like I was the only customer.

It took me several weeks to decide what I wanted to purchase. Staff were always available to answer my questions and have the keys ready for test drives. A lot of effort was put into helping me make the final decision. When I finally decided on the exact vehicle I wanted, the 2014 Explorer was delivered from another dealership that day. Also received an excellent tutorial on the vehicle capabilities.
