Good job just forgot key details.

well I had general service done to my vehicle plus other stuff and when I got my truck back the oil life meter had not been reset and they hadn't replaced the next oil change sticker. I paid almost $200 for everything I had done and they cant even replace a sticker!!! its little stuff I know but come on!

A very good experience!

This is the second car we have purchased in 6 months and both times Keonne was our sales person. He is friendly, professional, and didn't push us into anything. He worked with us for hours getting us in the right car, with payments we could afford. I feel very comfortable recommending him, and Roundtree Kia to others.

Positive experience

ALL the personnel with whom I had contact were cordial, professional, helpful and listened to what I was saying. My sales person Jason is exemplary. He treated me as an intelligent person with a specific need for my vehicle including special requirements. He and the staff worked to make the deal attractive to my husband and me. Totally satisfied. Additionally my experience at the dealership has always been positive whether getting the oil changed, tire pressure checked or flat tire repaired. Even on the phone everyone has been cordial and genuinely wanted to help.
