Great place
Bought a new Ford Edge. Really like the vehicle. Thought I would get the SE model, but thanks to Jason I got into the SEL. Everyone at Rountree is just great! My whole family does business there now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The new building is nice. Really like the customer lounge!

Great service
Everything was great! My car wasn't detailed was the only bad thing. I have some Service messages on my dash but I've talk with a representative and they promised to rectify the problem.

Price too high!
Oil change price too high, won't go back again unless I have a coupon. For the price, you'd think they would at least clean your front window.
