We stopped in to look at a 2015 Ford Fusion. We were very pleased with the service we received from Lori and left with the car we were looking for. It was a very pleasant experience.

Service

Kelly in service was very helpful in a situation where my Expedition seized on the side of the road. I had it towed on the Labor Day weekend and he addressed the problem when the dealership opened. Took a lot of stress off my situation. I am putting another engine in it now. I really wish I had just had you do it but that is water over the dam. I will be purchasing a new expedition when my business takes off which was the reason I was on the road. When the time comes, I will come to your dealership first. Paul McKain

The dealership remodel is looking great!

Kelly took care of getting my problem fixed as quickly as possible. I only hope the note I wrote which he copied will be sent to Michelin along with my blown out tire which had only 10,000 miles on it.

YEA I have a new Focus!

I was driving an Edge - what a great car - but needed something smaller and more gas friendly. I went to the dealership to look and went home with a new Focus! I like that the car is compact without being tiny. I also like that it has enough power to get out into traffic without hesitation.

Wonderful experience!
