One of a kind, Great Dealership

we bought a Lincoln, our salesman Matt you couldn't ask for anybody any better for service and trying to make it the best deal ever. After the sale Mary Roundtree has called and checked on us, to see if we are enjoying our new 2015 MKC lincoln,we have fell in LOVE with this vehicle and how it drives and all the amenities Thank you for all of your hard work to make this the vehicle of the year 2015, and our pride and joy.

Customer Service at Rountree-Moore Ford Lincoln

Although the dealership at first was not willing to pay for a part that literally fell off my brand new F150 with a little over 3,000 miles, the problem was rectified with satisfaction on my part. A new customer and new owner of a vehicle should have to prove how something fell off. Customer Satisfaction should be first and foremost. I had no reason to lie to receive this part. I was treated fairly and courteously by a pleasant lady who was the Service manager...I believe.

2005 Ford Escape/Sept. 5th Service

I bought a 2005 Ford Escape from Rountree Moore. I was there on Sept 5th for service. The staff which I know most of them pretty well from ALL the years driving over for my service from Perry, FL were very helpful. I do want to add that Brenda is one of the nicest people I've ever met and has always treated me with kindness. I very much appreciate her! Thanks Brenda Kelli Vinson Stroud, :-)

Great staff,fantastic service

The staff in the service department are great. They took my concerns seriously and the transmission guy checked my Fiesta out giving me peace of mind.

Truck buying experience

I felt that the sales staff were upfront and honest. I thought the finance manager was to pushy with the add ons such as gap ins, glass coat, and extended warranty.
