One of a kind, Great Dealership

Customer Service at Rountree-Moore Ford Lincoln
Although the dealership at first was not willing to pay for a part that literally fell off my brand new F150 with a little over 3,000 miles, the problem was rectified with satisfaction on my part. A new customer and new owner of a vehicle should have to prove how something fell off. Customer Satisfaction should be first and foremost. I had no reason to lie to receive this part. I was treated fairly and courteously by a pleasant lady who was the Service manager...I believe.

2005 Ford Escape/Sept. 5th Service
I bought a 2005 Ford Escape from Rountree Moore. I was there on Sept 5th for service. The staff which I know most of them pretty well from ALL the years driving over for my service from Perry, FL were very helpful. Truck buying experience
I felt that the sales staff were upfront and honest. I thought the finance manager was to pushy with the add ons such as gap ins, glass coat, and extended warranty.
