Great experience

Great friendly staff. They made it easy for us to buy. We got a beautiful car with all the toys we wanted. This is our second time buying here and both were great experiences. We will buy here again.

Fine Praise for Lori and Roundtree Moore Kia My husband and I bought a Kia Sportage on Friday April 24, 2014. Last year we had bought a Kia Sorento and we loved it, but it wasn't meeting all our needs, so Lori Hewitt came to our rescue once again. She saw us pulling into the lot and immediately recognized us and met us and although we were unsure we could purchase another Kia so soon, Lori reassured us that it was possible. We have bought a few vehicles from Roundtree Moore and know most of the kind and caring staff so we felt comfortable as Lori stepped into action to make things happen. Our test drive was awesome and Lori pointed out many things we didn't know the car could even do. When Lori told us we were approved and our price was right, we knew Lori and Roundtree Moore helped make dreams come true. And another surprising thing is, Lori and most of the people who worked there when we bought our first car are still working there and I know why. It's because it's a wonderful place to work and they all work as a team and we truly admire that. Lori has not only sold us two cars, she's become a part of our family and we totally trust her, because she works hard and goes above and beyond to help us. Lori is never too busy to tend to our needs and is always available to help us. We want to thank Lori Hewitt for everything she's done for us and for making our dreams come true. Wonderful service; helpful staff

Outstanding service

My father rent lay payed away. I am unable to get rid of my fathers stuff at this time. I took my father's truck in for repairs and saw why my father loved taking his vehicles to you for repair. It came back not only repaired but detailed. I was so moved that I will now take all vehicles there for repair. It truly make me feel like family.

Awesomeness!

Loved eddy and Mary. That last step after financing where Mary double checks to make sure everything was signed was a great addition. Eddy was super helpful and always returned my calls! This is my second cat I bought from eddy!

Great service

Service advisor, Robin Schenk, was pleasent, professional, and helpful. I had 2 problems with the vehicle; the throttle body and a missing key that did not come with the initial purchase of the vehicle. Ms. Schenk was able to have the vehicle repaired in a timely manner and was able to have a second key for the vehicle made and programmed. There was a question of payment for the towing of the vehicle. Ms. Schenk was able to find a way to have my maintainence insurance make the payment. As a result of Ms. Schenk's professionalism and dedication, I had no out-of-pocket expenses in this incident. Ms. Schenk was a pleasure doing business with.

Best Car Buying Experience in years

I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion. Kez at Roundtree Moore Ford Lincoln Kia went to work immediately to find the car I desired with the features I desired. When I went to finalized the deal, the process was so smooth due to this his hard work. I went on a day in which I was very ill. He worked efficiently to show me the car and its features and get my sick self home.
