Great Service

Louisiana Has A Raving Fan of Rountree/Moore Ford

Great price with friendly service from sales rep Kez Ford, Perry, Mike Kelly and the crew that gave the car a final prep. Since I was from Louisiana, Mike Kelly helped a lot with the title set up and gave me his cell phone if I have any problems with Louisiana tag and title. All were fabulous in there effort to make my buying a car as easy as possible. Thanks.

Excellent customer service

The staff was very courteous and efficient. They kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. I was a little confused when I saw the parking lot and the service dept. was in a temporary location but someone greeted me immediately and took my car and directed me where to go. I really appreciated that.

Very personable salesperson and exellent service.

Used vehicle purchase

Wes has a no pressure approach to sales that I like. I told him what we were looking for, and by the next day he had found it. The price was where it needed to be without needing to haggle over it.
