The crew that’s up front that takes the car in was very professional respectful and helpful The registrar was excellent as well First she send me to man who was very rude Nasty attitude, his attitude was bad that I wanted to leave, I spoke to the secretary up front and she send me to a woman middle age very professional sweet and clear with what I needed to do. So I ended up leaving my car for service because she made it easy to understand what I needed to do.
