Cheating people change belt not necessary rip 200 dollar.

Cheating people change belt not necessary rip 200 dollar.don’t trust them. Just don’t beleive them. The guy comes couple of xxxxxxxx for around six hundred dollar and tells me your belt needs to be changed got discolored.. need to be changed. I was jet lagged at that moment and ask them to change. Within five minutes I told them to STo changing cause it can go for 60 to 100. Discolor outside the belt means nothing. The rep say its too late the belt is off in five minutes and he said he was not talking about performance of belt and he showed minute discoloration on drive belt that power battery. Since I agreed to it I need to pay. The belt come off in five minutes put back mY be 10 minutes and charged me 179 for labor and replace similar but not original belt for 15 dollar . Comes around two hundred. The service manager calls me and tells me since car already ran 50000 miles 4 years old and even there is no crack and looks needed to be changed. The manual tells us to inspect the crack on belt and not minute discoloration and warrented for atleast 60000 miles and last100000 miles or more. Even being professional they want to beleive you that they are not skimming you. Manager was worried and try to convince me three times . I told them I will write a factual and complete report on them if I get oppertunity. Think about it they are stooping that low to cheat you 200 dollar wasn’t that great amount. Given the oppertunity they will come with more xxxxxxxx and rip you of. This dealer has no same. You will fell ashamed to talk with them and only best way to pay them . They are worms .

Very disappointed when I got my car back.

Very disappointed when I got my car back. This is the second time. Need to deal with another dealership I’m tired of Toyota marking me upset.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Abby Luna! She was always available even after working hours. Provided advice and information, appropriately. Michael in finance was also very helpful. They both were friendly too.

It was great!

It was great! They took care of the problem for now. The left tail light continually stop working from time to time (this has been a continuous problem for the past 4 years). I’m under the impression that this is an electrical problem at this point. The lightbulb was replaced. If the problem persist, we will follow up with the electrical protocol. Everything else was taken care. Thank you.
