Dealership was clean and inviting.

Dealership was clean and inviting. We arrived later in the afternoon and were greeted by our sales rep in the parking lot.

My only experience with this dealership has been through

My only experience with this dealership has been through their service department and while the service was mostly adequate and the communication was very thorough, I would not take repairs to this workshop for anything other than warranty/recall service.

Experience was smooth went through Truecar and the

Experience was smooth went through Truecar and the Internet director Jay Rim was great. Receiving the car it seems the checklist wasn't performed. Tires were over inflated to 51 psi.

For the expirience of the first time purchase at this

For the expirience of the first time purchase at this particular dealershipi would have to say a completely average interaction,they did run five hard inquries on my credit. Could be better at answering phones instead of going directly to get ahold of someone.The general manager did send me generic welcome/question message how was the whole treatment over there but that was it,no response on my response.I will see how we proceed with the further service and other interactions and update the review .
