Customer service needs to be better as service
Customer service needs to be better as service coordinators are not consistent with their interaction with customers. Telling a customer that they’ve been busy due to the holidays is not a good response for lack of customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the service department does face a higher amount of activity during the Holiday season. It's not our intention to not be responsive during higher volume service days. It just becomes more difficult to dedicate the same amount level of attentiveness as we are accustomed to during the times the service department is most busy.
