Zach in service was truly amazing. He communicated well and made sure my concerns were heard and taken care of. Frank the master tech took his time to diagnose and fix an issue. They both treated my vehicle as if it were their own. It’s all about the experience and I’ll be returning based on my experiences with these two.

Worked with Joe Huncken the assistant manager in service department and he was horrible. I came in for a tire service with a reservation. I came in with the assumption the tire change should take about 30-60 mins especially since I bought the Toyota warranty. The whole process of getting the car on a lift and checking took over two hours. Waited for 2 hours with no updates. Only when I went up multiple times did my car get looked at. Getting the tire fixed took 3 over hours and they did not put my wheel lock key back in my car including my auto insurance id. They then asked if i could meet them at quickchek to get my wheel lock and insurance back. This is extremely concerning on how this service department handles business. @toyota should be ashamed of themselves with this low level of service. Do not get your car serviced here. Joe also mentioned they are not a tire shop for the reasoning in delay. Toyota should not be selling tire warranties that can be redeemed at the Hackensack location if it is that challenging to service cars as you only have 1 lift that can raise a Supra. Communicating when making a reservation would also help to set expectations or when meeting the service manager. Both are excellent opportunities to let customers know if their are any backups or limited availability. This gives us customers the opportunity to stay or re-schedule. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience when asking for an update. Hopefully the team there can get some refresher training on customer service and how to schedule service. I noticed when I got home the other 3 tires were below the recommended fill pressure and were not re-filled with NitroFill which I purchased when buying the car. I would have expected this to be done or that the service manager noticed and had this topped off. I would even say asking the customer to check would be nice rather then not saying anything. I guess I should have checked all the tires prior to going to service b/c if not it will be overlooked. Just seems like some basic services are being missed or maybe I am asking for to much Toyota?

Frustrating and disappointing experience.
Frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend. Sales rep misrepresented the deal with regards to added fees and matching loan rate to our credit Union. He also gave us a floor matt for the trunk area that doesn’t even fit properly. Took the dealer five days to mail us the paperwork for our out of state purchase. Then they erroneously mailed to our home instead of our insurance company. No one would answer my calls, emails or text. Completely ghosted me. Definitely would not recommend to my friends and relatives who live in NJ.

No es correcto esto y teniendo en cuenta que hemos comprado auto anteriormente con ustedes, la verdad no me pareció correcto lo que me hicieron

Jeff is a nice guy.
Jeff is a nice guy. He was not like a regular car seller. He does not put pressure on us neither try to convince to buy the car. I feel relax, happy and thankful with him. Great guy!
