Extended Wait time, the cashier was not welcoming, but technicians are very nice, nice amenities, price sounds expensive, manager is friendly, overall it’s good place to service your care

The service professionals have always been very courteous and professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. Even though I've never bought an Infiniti here and don't have them regularly serviced here, the advisors and technicians are friendly and thorough and helpful throughout the process. Very pleased with them and will continue to take my car here when needed.
