Good job from Andy in May - needed an alternator - received excellebt service. And in August had issue with tire and Rod was excellent as always. Kudos to excellent service techs at Butler Lexus!!

They do a good job.
They do a good job. Only one small complaint. When I bought the car I was promised new door guards. The first time I went back they didn't have. This time they said they couldn't put on because of scratch near the door.when I asked about buffing out I was told it would have to be painted. Other than that I was satisfied with the visit.

BEWARE OF BUTLER LEXUS!
BEWARE OF BUTLER LEXUS! They didn't tell me that the "new" car I bought from them had an accident report in Carfax from damage they did on their lot. This cost me over $1000 when I went to sell the car.

I found a Lexus (2021 NX300H last of Vin 1836) in your name which has never been to Butler Lexus dealership in Macon, GA (for either sales or service).
