1st Kia of Simi Valley

I like buying my new Kia Soul! Benjamin was very accommodating and helpful in the process of purchasing my car.

We needed a car a little bigger than the Kia Rio we purchased 2 years earlier at Fist Kia. Mike Peters was able to get us into a 2014 Soul with a great payment that we can afford. We will definetly be purchasing another Kia in the future from First Kia.

Great customer service. The service manager made me aware of my car's problems with detailed information. Everyone was very helpful.

The two gals that check you in at service are amazing. They are friendly - they both always offer a token for coffee and make me feel like the painful hour I will be sitting and waiting will be like a walk in the park =) this last visit one even went to get me a bottle of water without me asking! =) It was hot I appreciated that!!

I was met in the parking lot by salesperson Omar. He was very friendly asked me if I needed help and he took me right to models that I was interested in. Omar stayed with me through the whole purchasing process. David was quick and complete in completing all the finance papers. Omar was the glue that made me purchase my car at 1st kia.

The Associates gave us time to look around the lot without swarming us immediately. Very helpful once they understood what we were interested in. We bought two vehicles.

I did not purchase my vehicle at 1st Kia, but I have been having my service performed there. Robyn and the staff there are incredibly efficient, friendly and communicative. I really have enjoyed the experience!

Johnny Kia completely quarterbacked my experience. Things went smoothly and quickly. This is how buying a car is supposed to be.

Corey and Cody were professional, helpful and made my car buying experience fun and exciting. It was truthfully the most fun I have ever had when purchasing a new car. They both worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I had a really good experience and I love my new Kia Forte.
