1st Kia of Simi Valley

I usually go to van nuys. But was told they didnt havr any appointments available for 2+ weeks. At first kia I was able to get a same day appointment, was in and out much sooner than expected and paid almost $50 less than van nuys quoted me. Service was friendly and professional and well worth the drive from hollywood.

Everyone is very friendly and I get the work done that my car needs. If there is a money issue I was able to have it solved.

It's very easy to buy a car there. This would be my third car in two years and I will continue coming back.

I had a very good experience at 1st Kia. Salesman Micky was extremely knowledgeable of the inventory, and I didn't feel pressured in any way. Billy who did the financing process was very nice to deal with and the paperwork took hardly any time.

Kia Service people (especially Robin) are such a pleasure to deal with. I feel like I'm always in good hands. Robin goes the extra mile to make sure things are right.

Our salesman, Sid, was very friendly and answered the many questions we had. His offer for us to call him, if and when, we have any other questions or to come in to the dealership and he will help us with the setup, once I get a smartphone, I'm sure will be very helpful for this tech challenged woman.

All your staff were warm and friendly from the manager, sales personal and your finance person Henry. Cody our sales representative made our experiance comfortable and srtess free. From the moment we drove onto the lot we felt welcomed and he gave us his complete attention. After our purchase he took his time in getting us familiarized with our new vehicle. Not only will we refer our friends and family but will return in future the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.
