Had one of the easiest in and out experience at a car...

Had one of the easiest in and out experience at a car dealership within recent time. Purchased a used 2010 Kia Sorento and had negotiated the price online and via email with Brandon Whitfield (great guy by the way!! Ask for Brandon for your next car ar First Kia. He is super nice and a funny guy. He will work with you and help you get the best price. His used car manager was very nice too . Super nice and more than willing to assist. Save your time and headaches and go to First Kia. They have a huge selection of nice clean used cars.

This man is a very mean and unfriendly person. After...

This man is a very mean and unfriendly person. After seeing the silly commercials he has been in I thought this would be a pleasand experience. I was ready to literally write a check for a car but he wanted me to buy the chocolate colored one. The same car same year in white was three thousand dollars more than the brown! Even WITH higher mileage. He made us feel stupid for not knowing white is a more expensive color car. Really my husband and I got the impression he did not want to sell the white car because this is the car the company let him drive. All of his junk was in it! Maybe it was because I was in my workout clothes, but the staff ignored us and "Johnny" needed to help other people and just abandoned us. Made us feel very bad driving out of there. Luckily we bought a car right next door at a dealer who cares about their customers. Johnny is a problem and should not be helping customers with his awful attitude. This is actually our SECOND bad experience at KIA in Simi Valley. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I love my Optima !

Outstanding sales staff. No-nonsense, no games, knowledgeable, fast, will recommend to my friends. It was very straightforward negotiating the deal with Che and Yoda was a total pleasure to deal with in bringing it all to a close.

Marlin is the man!!

I wanted a 2013 KIA Soul + with stick shift. Marlin found me one in the exact color and model I wanted. Most of the deal was done quickly over the phone. When I went to sign the papers..it was exactly as we had agreed upon! No tricks or changes. Signing process took just a little over an hour and I was on my way home in my new car!Very happy with the transaction and love my new car! Thank You Marlin!!

I had the best purchasing experience ever! It was super easy and not stressful or overwhelming by any means. Everyone was very nice and the salesmen were not too pushy. Overall it was a great experience and I am so happy that I made my purchase at First Kia!

Bunch of Liars!!

I was promised we would be able to do a deal on a Sorrento multiple times, only to have them sit me down and then be $50 a month off what we had discussed. Wasted my and my family's time more than once. Got a much better deal in Ventura and Sherman Oaks.
