Marlon and Derrick are awesome! I made several trips to see if my 3 child car seats would fit, trying different car seats and combinations. Each time I went, Marlon and/or Derrick took care of my every need and didn't hesitate to assist, even helping to put the car seats in the car. Once we had it figured out Marlon got the numbers done and we set up an appointment. Derrick took care of us on purchase day and everything was great. In and out in a couple of hours. One of the shortest and most efficient trips buying a car. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, passion for their job, and attention to detail These guys are top notch and I will send my family and friends there.

Marlon was great! He helped me a lot. Made the process very easy for buying my first car. He made the experience enjoyable and rewarding. He took my input into account and what was important to me in showing me different styles of cars. He pointed out the advantages and disadvantages between different models of KIA cars. He also recommended me to other people to get any features that were not offered with KIA. He took initiative and ordered some "extras" for me (touch up paint) without me even asking. I was very sad to have to give up my old KIA sorento, and I was very nervous in buying MY own first car. Marlon made the experience smooth and rewarding. He always emphasized that I needed to be comfortable with all aspects of the car so I would make the right decision. He was great, and I would recommend him to my friends and family! :)

If I had to describe my experience with Michael and the people at 1st Kia in one word, it would have to be "Awesome". We primarily dealt with Michael Peters, who we found to be knowledgeable, helpful, jovial, and sincere. He patiently answered all the questions my wife and I had and never made us feel pressured or rushed. The entire purchasing process was relatively quick and painless and the Finance Manager, Michael Nguyen, answered all our questions about the purchase with no problems. I waited a couple of weeks before rating this dealership because I wanted to see if they were just as helpful and friendly after the sale as they were prior to the sale. My wife and I have called Michael Peters and/or one of the other staff several times after the purchase with random questions about her car and I can say that they are just as helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly without any reservations.

Michael Peters was very personable; friendly, charming & gave the impression that he cared that we were happy & satisfied. When we asked a question he wasn't completely sure of the answer to, instead of just giving us an answer to move us onto another topic, he went & asked someone who knew the exact answer. We appreciated that & it gave him credibility in our eyes. Farad Songorian is really nice. He makes you feel comfortable & welcome. He was very helpful. Michael Nguyen was friendly & informative.

This is my second time at First Kia in Simi and I had such an amazing experience. Derrick Shima was very professional and easy to work with. This was my 2nd vehicle purchased from Michael Peters at First Kia. My first purchase was a gorgeous 2013 Kia Sorrento then went back to get my daughter a car - a 2013 Sportage. Our experience was fantastic. Michael and Johnny Kia gave us the ultimate deal on her trade-in while working tirelessly to crunch the numbers giving her a great price on the car and affordable payments on her budget. Michael was so wonderful and comfortable to work with, we became friends. We went back several times to visit while looking for the Sportage for my daughter as an encouragement to keep her saving for the down payment. He met us with hugs and was so patient working the numbers to keep her motivated. We became family. We also brought my daughters boyfriend in to view the lot and check pricing as he is also a student and needed to figure out a payment he could afford. Michael was so gracious and accommodating even though we did not purchase a vehicle at that time. My mom bought a Kia Sorento from Michael a few months ago and I have been looking at the Sportage for over a year. I kept coming back and talking to Michael about it.
