Great staff
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially sales rep Collin who helped me through the whole buying process. He was very transparent, up front and came off as a genuinely nice guy. Also the large selection of inventory that was sure to have the perfect kia model I've been looking for

Simi Valley First Kia - Second to None!
Firstly, everybody in the service desk area really has come to know me, personally. I feel appreciated and understood. I hope the people at Kia feel the same way when working with me. Next, I feel confident that I always get the absolute best and most honest pricing for services. Thirdly, I now have my 3rd Kia Optima, but still own my first. This most recent service was for my 2002 Kia Optima. The cars are great! Love it all.

Robyn Rocks!
Robyn was probably the first person I met from Simi Valley 1st Kia's Service Dept in 2003. She's still GREAT in 2016! She makes a personal effort, every time I visit, to ensure I receive the best price, exactly the services requested or authorized, and fastest completion time. She's an absolute delight to work with every single time... and there have been a LOT of times we've worked together to maintain my 3 Kia Optimas since 2003.
