Awesome service

Jessie, he was the guy who showed me around and went with me on the test drive, was awesome. Jessie had only been at his job for about 2 weeks. He was knowledgeable and what I found truly refreshing is that when he didn't know something he went and asked..... I never heard "I think". I heard "Let me go find out for you". Loved that! The rest of the staff really is fabulous at Kia of Similar Valley.

Excellent service, very professional

Fantastic Experience!

The sale guy listened to me and answered every question I asked. He knew the car well. Most of all he took time to understand what I wanted and related to me as a friend instead of just a customer. Once I drove the car and its features were pointed out, the car sold itself!

That everyone is so helpful and so nice. Especially Robyn and Justin!!! Talking to them is like talking to a friend you've known forever. Also they always check to see if whatever's wrong isn't just a simple fix first!!! I love that!!
