Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles

I recently bought a used 2015 Nissan Versa with 77K miles on it. I thought I was getting a great deal but after a week, the check engine light came on. I had someone check and reset it but it came back on. I took it back to Lindsay Volkswagen dealership for them to tell me they couldn't help me and it was a "As Is" purchase. Mr. Kappler (Sales Manager) was of no help, handing me my purchase documents. How the xxxx are the documents going to help me? IDIOT. I was never offered a warranty by the salesperson who doesn't work there anymore. Now, I have to take it to a Nissan dealership and pay to get it fixed. I will never come back to this dealership to purchase any vehicle. Good standing customer service is hard to find nowadays.

The level of service was great, and the Tiguan was what we wanted as well. This probably was one of the best car experiences we have had. Mr. Monteverde helped us out with and we were ver pleased with him. Keep up the good work!
