I came in for an oil change, I barely sat down and Pam the service adviser was walking up telling me that my car was finished. This is exactly why I come into Lucas, for the quick easy service. The waiting area is always nice and clean and there is always fresh popcorn.

We went to other dealers and this was by far the best experience in Jax. Quick, courteous, and no haggling needed. We will be back.

Extremely friendly, professional staff. I visited another Honda dealership previous day and walked out angry and disappointed. Waited 2 hours past appt time and car still hadn’t even started it’s service yet. At Lucas Honda I was in and out in 1:15 minutes completely done.

Had a 2016 Odyssey serviced. Quick, easy, free coffee, free muffins. I signed up for the Platinum Plan, although a bit expensive, I don't have to worry about anything, they should offer a 10 year Platinum Plan. Lucas Honda has clean spaces, easy access off of Blanding Blvd.

I brought my 2103 Honda CRV from Lucas and have had all the work done on it there. It has 115,000 miles on it and is in excellent shape. This is due to the excellent quality care done by the service department. I intend to keep bringing my CRV to Lucas Honda and will purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes. Excellent service , I am a loyal customer.

My visit was very smoothly handled. I called to make an appointment and actually spoke to the service manager. My car was serviced quickly and I was on my way.
