Excellent service

Very good service. Treated us like family. Could not be more pleased. Johnny and manager were extremely helpful. Car was beautiful. Seamless financing and we got the car from another dealership the same day

Recent Service Experience at Lucas

I arrived without an appointment for a routine service. Place was busy to the max. Service advisor went to the back to ask if they could work me in. They did and I was out the door in under two hours. I shall return as I usually go up to Duval Honda but this worked out fine and it is much closer to my home.

Service top notch

Took my wife CRV for service and detail very happy with all that was done. Two day later our battery died. I call the service dept. I was asked to bring it in and they replaced the Battery with question with in thirty minutes. thank you Bill & Bing Murray

2016 CR-V

I brought my 2016 CR-V in for service prior to making a trip out of state. Instead of waiting in the dealership, I wandered onto the lot. Just to check things out. Billy greeted me and we chatted. I was curious about what a 2018 model would cost. Before I knew it, he had Ricky talk with me. I drove a beautiful 2018. Walked out with the car an hour later. I felt comfortable that they were dealing with me fairly and honored my budget.
