They were amazing!

Joseph was the best! He answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful. Made it less stressful and more enjoyable. Ive been recommending him all week! I cant remember the gentlemans name in finance but he was amazing as well. Broke everything down and explained it well. Best dealership experience Ive ever had.

Purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot.

Picked up my new Honda Pilot in the evening and drove 500 miles to the Blue Ridge mountains, the next day. The vehicle was comfortable and performed flawlessly. From the dealership to the Pilot, itself, this car buying experience has exceeded my expectations. Well done, Lucas Honda.

Pam took care of all my auto needs

Service was excellent and fast. The technician noted a significant issue with pulley tensioner and made the required repair. Pam stayed in contact with me and kept me up tp date with status of repairs..

Service

Took my 2016 CRV in to have the rubber track on the driverside door. Was very satisfied with service. Took me some time to follow up once my part was received. Pam followed until I finally made it in to have the rubber replaced.

Pleasant buying experience

On-Point

I purchased my car brand new from the Lucas dealership back in 2013 and only take any of my service repairs to the dealership for any oil change and repairs. The service is excellent and the pricing is on-point if not even better than outside the dealership.
