Excellent Service

Took my Odyssey in for scheduled maintenance (Maintenance Minder: 125B) on a Saturday morning. The service was performed and it was determined that the battery charge was a little low. I let the Service Advisor know, I think I purchased it from Lucas. She did a little research and replaced my battery at no charge. I didn't notice until after I got home that my loose bumper was fixed. They always do an excellent job washing it too. I only trust Lucas with my Odyssey.

Service

I called to make an appointment for my 2010 Honda Odyssey, Pam was very polite when scheduling my service appointment. When I arrived Pam stated that she will call me with an update on my vehicle, my van was ready right on time. Pam was wonderful explaining everything it was done to my van. I will definitely go back to Lucas Honda for my next service.

First Maintenance on 2018 Odyssey

The first maintenance on the 2018 Odyssey was well done. The car sparkled like new. I only wish I could keep it clean longer. I am glad I opted to purchase the extended warranty and the maintenance package at time of purchase. I have learned recently that the friends who referred me to Lucas Honda have never received the finders gift . I regret that Honda did not follow through on this.

Service department was top notch

Tracy kept me informed of the progress of the servicing of my vehicle. Afterward reviewed what was done. This was my first serving on my new vehicle so they checked over the entire vehicle.

Recent 2018 CR-V EX-L purchase

Last month I started the process of researching the 2018 Honda CV-V EX-L. I initially reached out to 13 dealers through the "Request a Quote" form on the Honda website Build & Price page. Eight of these dealers didn't bother to respond to this request, even with me following up with an email to the contact person at those dealerships. One of my requests was to keep email as my preferred mode of communication as I work night shift and didn't want 13 dealers calling me every day. Jim MacDonald from Lucas Honda was the very first internet dealer to respond to me (on a Sunday morning) with a comprehensive and very competitive quote with many dealer installed accessories that other dealerships did not offer. He was extremely receptive to all my emailed questions which on most occasions he answered almost immediately. He never once pestered me with demands for my phone number or requests to come to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car and also the process for registering in GA rather than FL. He was able to promptly locate a vehicle with my preferred specifications (where a dealer local to me was unable to secure a car even after I found 42 of them available online with my interior/exterior color combo and even gave him the list with VIN# and locations). We negotiated a trade in price for my vehicle that was acceptable to me, sight unseen. When we went to Jacksonville to take possession of the vehicle the process was swift and efficient. No hard sell to purchase the extended warranty. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about all the functions and controls of the CR-V and was enjoyable to interact with. Since buying the vehicle I have returned to the dealership to install one of the accessories that was unavailable at the time of purchase. Jim was readily available to schedule this process. I would most certainly consider buying another vehicle from Jim MacDonald at Lucas Honda and have already recommended him to everyone!

Honda Accord Owner

I went in to have a radiator fan replaced. I had an appointment. Was finished quick! Everyone was happy to help. The waiting room, clean and neat. They washed my car too!

Hatchback door

My only concern: Last winter I began having problems opening the hatchback of my CR-V. I told the service person about it but the hatchback opened fine while I was There for an oil change. I was told that certain cars are having problems when the Temperatures get near freezing. Nothing was done to remedy my problem. I brought up the subject again last week but the service person just looked at me quizzically. I am concerned I will have the same problem this winter. It is rather inconvenient not being able to open the hatchback.
