I always enjoy working with SCOTT he is always very friendly does an excellent job explaining what needs to be done on my Honda and what repairs and service was done. I really appreciate doing business with SCOTT.

I have been using Lucas Honda for service on my little Civic since purchasing it from an individual in 2014. It is an older car, a 2004, but had only 10,000 miles on it when purchased. This unique situation created some unique service issues! Lucas has been great in keeping my car in top shape and recommending needed services based on inspections at each oil change. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE, I DO HAVE A LEFT FRONT DOME LIGHT PROBLEM. THAT SEEM TO BE UNREPAIRABLE. OTHER THEN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS EXTREMELY GREAT. THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING.

Everyone was more than helpful and friendly. I was even shown a new way out to Blanding that was great! I no longer have to cross traffic when I go home. After my service was completed I was told exactly what was done, how my car was and given a chart of activities performed.

Pam Busby always does a great job. She makes sure that my car serviced correctly. When I needed a rental due to a service she was very helpful

From the time you drive in and are greeted by one of the service advisers, you will be treated in a friendly courteous manner. I have had my 2012 Honda Odyssey serviced at Lucas Honda and couldn't be more pleased. They provide recommendations on conditions that are found during a service, but never try to sell you additional work. I wouldn't take my Honda any place else for service Service work is done right the first time.

The staff was extremely helpful. They answered our questions with detailed explanations. They offered us an alternative to better meet our needs. They were friendly and approachable without being overbearing. And most importantly they didn't try to force a sale on us.

Scott Adams & his crew have always completed the auto maintenance requirements on my vehicles. He is the best Service Advisor whom I have ever known!
