Corresponded with Josh via e-mail prior to going in to have trade-in evaluated and was provided with the out the door price. This allowed me to consider a few up grades and still stay within budget. No pressure sales, enjoyable experience. Steve made sure I understood how all the new tech worked on the vehicle and was comfortable with it's operation. Personnels are always helpful & accomodating. I love the extra services they provide like carwash & carwash & vacuuming the inside of my van. Coffee & pastries are always available during early morning services & I guess all day long. They always inform me if I can wait or if not a courtesy car to drive me home is offered. I have not met a mean person in all the years that I have been going to this place.

Service department took care of recall items and a transmission issue we had been having. Washed the vehicle and was true to the time they had estimated for getting everything done. Absolutely no complaints.
