Great Service, Clean Facility, Courteous Staff

My first impression was a very clean facility and I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile. The service was great, staff was courteous and helpful, and I received an excellent deal.

Edgar very good sales man

I was having issues with my brand new 2014 Altima since I bought it. I was very overwhelmed and Edgar was able to help me. He was very understanding and gave me a awesome deal on a 2015 Altima. Although I was upset with the lack of help Nissan was offering me to fix my 2014 Altima, Edgar really made up for it. I would recommend Edgar Valdez

purchase of a Nissan Frontier

I am very happy with the truck however the sales department was is dishonest with me.. I had to make a payment on my trade in and it has been well over 20 days and they still have not paid off my trad in.. I was told it was paid off and that the check was going to be overnighted when they discovered it wasn't paid off. They said they were going to overnight the check two times... I am awaiting the results on the second attempt regarding the payoff on my trade in....

Satisfied Customer

My 1st experience with Nissan of Bakersfield was in 2011 when I purchased a used 2009 Altima which I loved and never had any problems with this vehicle. With a blended family my husband and I were looking for something a little bigger. I had narrowed it down to 2 vehicles that I really liked. My 1st choice was at another dealership down the road and was a little disappointed that no salesperson ever came over to speak to us. So we headed over to Nissan and were met by Mike Rede. He very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and never once pushy as some salespeople can be. When my husband stopped by a few days later to purchase some accessories and was approached by another salesman that informed my husband that Mike was fairly new and if we needed anything else they're all there to help us. Im glad to hear that we would be taken care of no matter what and was a little surprised that he said Mike was new I would never had guessed. Hats off to Mike Rede, Wade in parts and the rest of the Nissan team!!!

Service department

Service department customer representatives give numerous excuses why they will not service a problem with a warranty covered Nissan vehicle. From "our alignment machine is down" to "we don't see any leaks." Meanwhile the tire shop I used gave me the print out of the exact calibrations per side, tire. These guys go out of their way to give excuses why they won't replace parts to push you pass your warranty experation date. Do not purchase a Nissan vehicle because when you rely on the warranty which is why you purchase a new vehicle, you will be let down and searching for a dealership out of the area, to service your vehicle. Is it bonuses or incentives to turn customers away?

horrible

They sold me a really bad car , I thought getting a newish car would help me solve my problems from my previous car the new car I bought from nissan has more plrobl we m then my 99 honda accord..There service sucks. I took my car for a recall and got my tired stolen , I took my car for an oil change and got my wallet stolen..This car keep breaking down and nothing is being done about it , I keep trying to speak to the manager but seems like he's never there? And the car services manager seems to be in the scam..I hate this place and would not return or recommend

poor customer service

Your advisor was very rude and said he could understand what I was trying to tell him when I went to pick up my car but he understood when drop it off. I am very unhappy with your service advisor.

Took car for servicing in the morning at 10:00 AM. Receives

Hello, I took my car for servicing at 10:00 Am in the morning and I received a call at 5:00 PM in the evening that they want to keep my car overnight for servicing. They messed my car's carfax report and in a previous visit, the service advisor requested to change some parts citing they are malfunctioning. When I checked them and verified in front of them, they are working fine. They want to charge customers money for the services and parts that are not required. High costs for small works. I dont recommend this service center for any car servicings.

Horrible just horrible. Bad customer service and high pressure sales tactics. Watch out.
