Great service and friendly/helpful staff
I recently purchased a new car from Nissan of Bakersfield. I would definitely refer my friends and family to buy from them as well. Their staff is friendly and helpful, they really worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. They were ready and willing to answer my questions and even after my purchase, that have called to ensure that I am satisfied.

Nissan lost a customer
I have bought two (2) cars at this dealer my first car I was able to take it to another state and noticed the other Nissan dealership provided a faster service and would always accommodate their customers. Once I arrived back to bakersfield I noticed the maintenance was double to triple the time of the other Nissan. When I had my first mechanical problem Nissan could never find the problem, so what happened one day Nissan suggested for me to trade it in for another Nissan but what is funny is that that vehicle was only about 3 years old now am stuck with another Nissan and after the purchase I realized I should of bought a car at a different dealer since the solution for a fix is to trade it in. Thank you Nissan of Bakersfield and also when I bought my second new car they chose the wrong maintenance package and not the one I told the sales person but of course they told me it was my fault for not reviewing my paper work once again Thanks Nissan I will NOT continue to remain a loyal customer!

Best car buying experience ever!
My husband and I were just browsing killing time. We decided to"just look". Eric Voss greeted us as we approached the lot. We felt very comfortable with him and decided to let him show us some cars. Although we were not really in the market to buy, the experience was so pleasant we wound up purchasing a beautiful 2013 Altima. No pressure tactics, no sense of urgency, and most of all, no unpleasant Haggeling. Over all, the BEST car purchasing experience yet. Thanks guys at Nissan of Bakersfield for everything! Vincent Carlon was excellent at helping us with our new car buying needs. The process was smooth start to finish. With our family size becoming smaller, it was time to trade in our gas guzzling Yukon.I'm glad we made Nissan our first and last stop, and are now the happy owners of a 2013 Nissan Altima. Great place to buy your car!
We had no real idea what car we were interested in but we did know we needed a new car. Our salesman, Brandon, listened to our needs and found us the perfect vehicle. Not only was he attentive, friendly and helpful, but he even drove 60 miles to come pick us up! Even though we kept them after hours on a Friday night, Brandon and Angela were awesome! They answered all of our questions and provided us with all the information we needed. Angela was like lightening with the paperwork end and together they made the whole experience much more pleasant. Thanks so much Brandon and Angela! We are so happy with our new vehicle and will defiantly recommend this dealership to others.

Extremely happy experience.
Starting with my sales person he was polite, very informative, gave me options that helped me make my final decision which was to complete my purchase that day. Everyone that I encountered while in the Nissan of Bakersfield was pleasant and always asked if I needed anything. My over all rating for my entire experience is Excellent.
