Very courteous and services done on time. Erik answered my questions and concerns. Nice to be asked if I wanted my truck to be washed.

great service, highly professional, friendly staff

Everything. I always get excellent service. The employees are always friendly and very professional. The waiting area is comfortable and very clean with thoughtfully placed tables for customer use.

car service experience

I was told exactly what needed to be done and how much any part would cost. The waiting area was clean and they offered coffee snack and tv.

Easy buying and the car is pretty darned good!

I bought the cheap discounted ad car, you sold it to me, and I was out of there in 90 minutes! Amazing, and Dwane was relaxed, and even laughed at my jokes!

Great service even through a misunderstanding

The staff was very helpful in working out a purchased oil change service agreement for this oil change. When I purchased my Chevy Truck in June of 2012 along with the warranty I purchased an oil change and service agreement which included 9 oil changes. My truck is used as a second vehicle so it is not driven many miles per year so in three years I drove my vehicle 21,112 miles. When I had the oil changed this last time, I was advised that the Oil changes ended with the end of the warranty which means I was not able to get any more oil changes even though I had four or five remaining. I thought this was not fair. One of the oil changes during this time was done at Oil Can Henry's because I had my kids needed to use the truck immediately to go to California. The staff was understanding enough to provide the oil change for free because of the misunderstanding.

Honest, professional, and comfortable waiting area

nice, professional staff, honesty with pricing, nice waiting room that is modern and clean, flat screen TV, vending machine, free car wash with service

Awesome service dept!!!!!!!

Always a pleasure to come to the service department and Steve has always taken care of my car. The service is great and I never have to pay for things that I don't need.

Honest, friendly service

The staff was very honest and upfront about everything. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

Quick courteous service

Quick service. Courteous and helpful service manager. Power Mazda in Salem is where I bought my car and where I take my car for warranty service. It's a 35 minute drive from my home but well worth it.
