I like your staff, and there were no complications or up-selling. I was made to feel comfortable while awaiting repairs and staff was honest about the cost of repairs.

Great inventory, respectful sales staff
Luke, my salesperson. Very nice without being condescending, which made my experience as a female shopping for a vehicle, unique. Everyone I had contact with was very relaxed and pleasant. Great follow up (post sale) which was surprising. I have already told my friends about my very positive experience.

Pretty quick deal (about 2 hrs which included test drive to driving away), and met all my price points. Customer loyalty discount was a plus.
