It was lacking in "Customer Service". Only one person greeted me when I pulled up to the Serices area. A young man setting by the door and was the only one to acknowledge me. Once I stepped into the Services no one said anything, no good morning, welcome to Auto Nation, how can we assist you, we'll be right with you. One other key point of the five to six individuals behind the service desk they just stared at the computer and talking amongst themselves.
