I brought my newly acquired 2018 Taurus in for its first maintenance service on 12/12/23. Your service person, Erica Carmichael, was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The service was prompt and included a good wash job as a courtesy. I appreciate that! I have decided to continue using your dealership for maintenance and repair services on my 2018 Taurus. With the complexity of today's vehicles, a dealership is almost a must for a vehicle's repair and service, if the job is to be correctly accomplished. From my pleasant experience on 12/12, I feel that AutoNation Ford Jacksonville will be there for my needs. The friendliness and cooperation that I received from all employees is much appreciated. Great customer service.
Great customer service. I have only been here twice for service and both have been great, the downside of last service was my truck was dirtier that when I dropped it off. I had a bit a gas residue on center console from when tech changed fuel filters
