I would like to personally recognize Randy, a superior salesperson. He took care of me with grace and compassion. I would also like to recognize Sean in finance. His friendly and welcoming attitude surprised me, being from the usual stiff finance department. Overall, the dealership tries very hard to satisfy each and every customer. Their 2 areas of improvement would be: customer wait time and their service department. Their service department is very large and organized, yet they do not seem to take the time to fully investigate a luxury vehicle such as a BMW, before they make the incorrect decision and tell the female customer that they in fact need a brand new $450 Pirelli tire. I know this to be true because Discount Tire in Durbin patched the tire for FREE and assisted me when Auto Nation Ford service dept did not.

Auto Nation is terrible.
Auto Nation is terrible. I could never recommend this company to anyone. Prices are outrageous and the waiting period before repairs are done is a month. This all happened because all the repair shops refused to change the spark plugs. I had do this myself and ended up cracking the valve head. Now I had to buy a new valve head and pay to have it replaced. This all happened because I bought a Ford. I will never buy another one and my next vehicle that I am already looking for will be a Dodge. To heck with Ford
