Steve Cole and his service team were nothing but helpful

Steve Cole and his service team were nothing but helpful when I was in a tight spot and without a vehicle. The way they handled my case with care made it easy for me to trust they would get my vehicle back up and running. I would definitely take my vehicle to his team again and wouldn’t have to worry about it being taken care of in a timely manner.

I didn't care for having to get documents for finance

I didn't care for having to get documents for finance department after we left Auto Nation, driving the truck and you guys cashed our check. I had my phone open to my checking account. You could have copied all you needed while we were there.

Had my own financing through Navy Fed.

Had my own financing through Navy Fed. Everything for financing was taken care of. The dealer had a 3k plus check. They weren’t having it. They kept giving me numbers which didn’t matter. I wasn’t a big money maker so they did what they could NOT to seek me the car. Actually, it was an unanswered prayer (gouge in the paint on rear passenger door, AC not very cold - they did tell me several times, “this is Florida, you know!” I’m supposed to accept the ac that felt like just having the vent on. The pocket on the front passenger seat (in front of the rear passenger) was torn off and stapled with a different cover…didn’t match the one behind the driver’s seat. I feel bad for the unsuspecting buyer of this car. I know it’s a used car but it you should not have to settle for ok. Very disappointed.

I arrived for my 9:00 appointment at 8:20.

I arrived for my 9:00 appointment at 8:20. By 8:30 the service advisor brought my truck in for its oil and filter change. That's all I wanted. Not even a car was. I was told that it is the dealers policy to check fluids and filters. After two hours I check with my advisor on the status since I was not getting your text messages. I was told that they were running behind yesterday. I asked why I was not told this when I said I would stay and wait for the oil change. By 11:00 I again checked the status of my oil change. My advisor told me that they were very short staffed and once again apologized. Then I was told that my cap for the brake reservoir was gone. Nobody except your mechanic was under my hood. I even took pictures of my car with the cap on before coming into service. Next I was told at noon that my car was done but being washed. Waiting for my car to come out there was another customer who came in for an oil change 2 hours before me but was now done. My washer fluid was never checked and one of my cancer magnets that I had on my bumper is now gone probably in the car wash.
