We are a pretty busy family and it was really convenient

We are a pretty busy family and it was really convenient that AutoNation was open on a Sunday. Even though they did not have the car on the lot with all the features we wanted. They worked really quickly to get one.

I had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Ford service

I had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Ford service dept. It was time for an oil change and 10,000 inspection on my Ford Edge that I purchased late last year. Service writer Aaron V was terrific. Easy to work with and pleasant and knowledgeable. He had helped me about 6 months ago with an accessory installation and was very helpful with care and cleaning of my accessory. For my oil change and inspection Aaron got me in and out in a very respectable time. WAY TO GO, AARON!! Thanks The car wash was not as good as previous visits with other vehicles, but was adequate.

My service advisor Aaron is super helpful and attentive. It's nice to be able to text him questions and to set up appointments. They've also picked up and dropped off my vehicle many times, which is sooo helpful!

Terry was great, got me checked in quickly, knew exactly what I needed done. The Tech let me know when the vehicle was done. When picking up, Terry informed me of the work I requested along with a few other items that needed attention.

My experience was stellar with Ford Nation.

My experience was stellar with Ford Nation. It began with a quick conversation and appointment made in a timely manner. I was greeted immediately at the service department and was directed to my advisor Miss Jennifer who then walked me through the entire process. I was also given a rental car. I received texts and phone calls throughout the next few hours explaining the process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call in the afternoon that the truck was ready and everything completed. I also felt the price was fair. Thank you kindly Ford Nation, you’ve gained a new customer.

Heading north on I 95 at the end of a 3-week Florida

Heading north on I 95 at the end of a 3-week Florida vacation from Maine. Heard a noise, saw the temp gauge begin to rise, pulled off at the I 295 split. Hit the first exit and found the Circle K, asked for directions to a Ford dealership. Half mile late I'm parked in the service center at Auto Nation. Long story short, I traded my 2016 F-150 with what turns out to be an $8,000 engine damage issue, for a 2023 F-150, three hours later. We home in Maine now, and thrilled to have had the good fortune to find this outfit. Thank you to Rini Schepen and Jeff (Jimmy) Cowley for making a traumatic experience into a smooth and satisfying experience. Next time I need a new truck, I'm driving from Maine to Florida and asking for Rini.

Length of time to finalize the deal seemed long, but we had delt with another dealer earlier that morning and were a little frustrated. Phillip Reynolds was a good sport. Helped set up the app. and gave me his card for future reference.

Best service ever!!! The service was great, and the service advisor was friendly and provided excellent service!!! the work was completed in just a few hours, and I received a shuttle ride home, and was offered to have the truck delivered to my house!!!!
