I have never been so impressed with a dealership and
I have never been so impressed with a dealership and service staff in my life. My transmission gave out 800 miles from home on a Thursday afternoon. I was barely able to get to Autonation because the transmission was slipping. I went into the service section and spoke with a gentleman named Coby V. I told him what happened, and he told me park my camper in an unused area of the lot and bring my truck in. They confirmed the transmission needed to be replaced. Coby got in touch with my warranty company and by Friday afternoon the repair was ok'd. What happened next blew my mind. The mechanic working on my truck stayed late that night to get the job done so I could be on my way Saturday morning. They also let me stay in my camper in the lot while I waited for the truck to be repaired. They offered to give me rides to go shopping or even to a restaurant to get something to eat. I would give them a 10 star if I could. Bob S
