Nothing Could Have Been Better

My wife and I had the most pleasurable experience dealing with Elijah Coker and Mohammed at AutoNation Cadiallac. Our day began with a call inquiring if the dealership still had a couple of advertised vehicles on the lot. We got connected to Elijah Coker who made the entire process better than any we have ever experienced. Elijah was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was extremely prepared for our visit to the showroom. Although the process consumed about half of our day, Elijah made the time at the dealership tolerable. We really appreciate the flexiblilty that was shown as we agreed upon the ultimate deal. We are so happy with the vehicle we got and have appreciated how Elijah has reached out to us since we signed the papers. When we need a new vehicle, we will definitely visit AutoNation Cadillac first.

Great Service

The service Christine provided made our experience in the service department phenomenal. Will is also always very helpful and courteous. We're very pleased with our Escalade and will recommend our friends, family and colleagues any time to shop with you and use your service department.

Great experience

I was quite pleased with my service experience. I was on vacation in the area when my car needed service and I was treated like a long time customer!

Treated Like Royalty......

We went to Auto Nation Cadillac in West Palm Beach for the first time.....to have the parking brake recall serviced. We have never been treated so royally! We came a little early than our appointment requested, because we had a few questions to ask about the Cue System. I asked a salesman if he could help and he came right out to the caar with me and answered all my questions. I was delighted. There was one thing that I asked about that he wasn't sure about so he called the Cue system and got the answer! When we took the car around to the service area they greeted us happily. Since it was our first time there for service,the service manager took me into his office to get everything set up in the computer. Everything went smoothly. I asked him if there was a restaurant nearby that was within walking distance. He said that Cracker Barrel was nearby and he would be happy to have someone take us there and pick us up after eating. Right away, a gentleman named Tbone picked us up and took us to the restaurant. He gave me his personal cell phone number so we could call him directly for the ride back to the dealership. Once we got back, the car was ready. The entire staff is to be commended on their professionalism and graciousness. They were wonderful. We had a fantastic experience and could not be more pleased with our decision to buy a Cadillac. Kudos to all of you! Thank you for allowing us such a pleasant experience. exellent service

Jasser was my sell person, he is great in communications, exellent customer service, very helpfull. knowkedgable on the vehicles. and the managers were also very helpfull. Thank you very much for such an exellent shopping experience.

Service Critique

Attractive, upscale dealership appearance. Efficient and helpful personnel. Very fast service. I came in for a regular oil change 100% covered for my 2014 XTS Caddy. It was completed in less than an hour. Very satisfied!

The Purchase of my new SRX Cadillac

I found my experience to be incredible. I came into the dealership not knowing what kind of car I wanted. My salesperson was the best. He spent so much time with me and was very courteous even with my indecisiveness. Once I decided on the make and model...next it was time to choose the color...oh lord, another decision. Still smiling, he did show me every color the car came in. Still not able to make up my mind, we spent a lot of time going over what interior would work best for me. As I have two black poodles that seemed to be my best option. The car wasn't on the lot, but it did come in within the week. Being as untechnical as one can be, my salesperson spent a lot of time going over the mechanics of the car. I came away learning a lot. As I was very nervous driving the car off the lot he followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied. I want to thank my salesperson and your staff for the time and attention that was given towards me.

Getting Older Gracefully

We drove 200+ miles to come to this dealership. We never spoke with anyone until we arrived. Ronald Matos met us in the lot and from that moment he made us feel welcomed and ready & able to help. Had all the correct answers and worked very hard to gain our business. Mohammed the Pre-owned general Manager was very kind, and willing to make a deal and they did. We drove home a pre-owned 2011 Cadillac Esclade, with 17,000 miles, certified and couldn't be happier. It was our mission that day to buy an Esclade, we were about to leave to visit the next dealer on our list of potential units when Ronald says, we want to sell you this SUV. And your staff went to work to get the job done. We stayed overnight and came back the next morning, when they said the vehicle would be ready. No time wasted and we were off to drive home. Great Dealership. I would recommend my friends.

Great people who show interest in your situation

We contacted Eric the manager through the Internet. I traded in a vehicle which auto nation gave me top dollar for. We had to travel over 100 miles to get our new car so I wanted to have everything set up so not to waste time when I actually arrive there. They gave me the numbers throughout email. Upon arrival. The truck was excellent. Everything worked. And our rate and payment actually went down from the original quote. Customer service at its best. Thank you, Ed and Beth P.
