Craig is always very nice and goes the extra mile to the

Craig is always very nice and goes the extra mile to the extent that he can. He always provides a loaner car while service is being done. It was a dark stormy day. I was disappointed in management of the dealership overall in that there was not an indoor ability to complete my expensive Butler contract on the scheduled date due to rain and having to reschedule 2 Months later. Also my car was not washed or even vacuumed because as Craig said, that the washer machine was broken. Lexus is an upscale dealership that sells upscale cars at upscale prices. Therefore owners should be able to expect upscale service. A facility that can’t fulfill its obligation to the Butler program depending on the weather and can’t even vaccum a car that comes in for service is falling short of upscale. Also washer machines need to be repaired as soon as possible. Finally, From the service report it appears that the oil was not changed nor tires rotated. Craig informed me that we were good to go so I assumed these things had been done.

i bought used 2023 lexus gx 460 from sales person David

i bought used 2023 lexus gx 460 from sales person David Baker and he said that a car became used because front bumper was scratched and bodyshop painted it and car has only 3 miles on odometer, so i was asuming i am buying a brand new car, when car was delivered to me in Los Angeles, there were scratches on the rear bumper , side of the bumper, with all the scratches with horrible touchups. When i called sales guy David to ask him about it , his respond was that he knew about it and he tought its ok few touchups. i am like i paid full brand new car price and its not ok. At the time when he told me about front bumper i asked him if anythging else and his like no, the car is perfect. The reason i bought a car from Alabama because the interior color , otherwise i had options in california for same price. They ask me take it to local shop and get a qote , which i did. Three diffrend Lexus dealer shops give me little over $1900 estimate, now Lexus of Mobile refusing to pay for it. Shamefull people, Blake Mthews used car mananger offerd me $700 for the repair when he knows that's just impossible to get it done for that price.

I took my car in for five items: rattle in the sunroof,

I took my car in for five items: rattle in the sunroof, oil change, sensor check, left mirror, and clock. They were able to fix everything, the rattle in the sunroof was a challenge but they did resolve it. I must say my car was manhandled and the piece that goes along the windshield and passenger side window is not put in place. This is very frustrating because I live two hours away from the dealer in Mobile, AL. I will call the dealership on Monday to inform them of the situation. Otherwise, I’m taking my car to the body shop-Mullins-they are amazing at putting car puzzles back together without any visual evidence.
