I got great service in and out, couldn't have been better! The gentleman in the service department was very kind, a fine art that has been lost over time kudos!

Car Door

Our car door wouldn’t open from the outside and we were here in Clarksville on vacation. Anthony took us right in without an appointment and got our door fixed!

Get new tire

I like taking my Jeep to a dealer for repairs. They always have given me great service and I want a Jeep trained technician working on it The service was fast and effective. Only issue is the person who waited on me had to ask me three time how to pronounce my name. It is not a hard name to pronounce Goddard. Basic English works. Split the word between the double letters: God dard. Other wise very happy with the service.

Misdiagnosed

Was told to take my vehicle to a different dealership since they couldn’t diagnose the issue. Charged for a part that wasn’t needed. Jeep JL with 19k miles.

Oil Change Express Lane

I have used the Express Lane oil change service since owning our car and have always had great service. The service plan is an extra bonus that the dealer provides. The staff is always efficient, courteous and thorough.

Very friendly and helpful

Paul was very nice and helpful. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all. I initially told him I wasn't interested in trading up and was just killing time until the service was done on my vehicle. He understood and didn't pester me. Later on, I found myself wanting to look at possibly working on a trade in deal so I found Paul and now I have a Rubicon. A

Good service, no worries

Both service advisors were professional, knowledgeable and helpful during my service experience. Got my vehiclicle in there and diagnosed the issues quickly. Had to orders parts but that isnt on the dealership. Pleased with the service I recieved.

Reservations

We scheduled our appointment and were quite it on our calendar as usual. Upon arrival, we're were informed that our appointment was the next day. The service clerk became very argumentative when we told him who we talked to and when it was scheduled. I informed the service manager that i did not appreciate being talked to the way we were and that i would be taking my business elsewhere. Recall was finally completed.

Right time to make a good deal

This was my fifth time this year and of many years of trying to get a good deal like the one I got 15 years ago when I bought the truck I traded in for my Renegade. Mike one time” mentor to Eric very knowledgeable and Larry pushed this deal through. I think they got tired of dealing with me and made the sale. Now I’m working on my 2020 Renegade!!!
