Very Responsive

Ryan my service manager, came into the middle of my request to put 5 new Mud, B. F. Goodrich KM2s on my Rubicon Unlimited. I had originally spoke to someone about what I wanted after the dealer beat out Sam's Club on the price on installing the tires as a package deal. They installed B.F. Goodrich All Terrain tires instead, due to a miscommunication between us. Ryan took care of the problem and I had my mud tires on the Jeep the very next day! We were very happy with the positive response by Ryan and the service/parts departments.

Test drove a Dodge Ram 1500

Excellent Customer Service

I went to service my car (oil change and tire rotation) and was told I have an hour of waiting time. I left there not even an hour. Customer Service was excellent and the staffs were very friendly as well as professional. Keep up the awesome job guys!

I won’t do business here again

I was promised my vehicle the next day and wound up waiting and wasting my entire weekend waiting for it. Then when I picked it up they had given me the wrong vin number for my new car so I had to call before ever leaving the dealership to change my insurance a second time.

My oil change and motor plastic skid plate

I had my oil changed a few weeks ago, I should double-check that all of the services are completed, I hadn't drove my car much, but today while pulling up in my driveway I notice my plastic skid plate was hanging, your technicians failed to reinstall the 2 rear bolts.

Expediant professional service

One of the best experiences I've ever had

My car salesmen Eric and all the managers we worked with were amazing and tried to work with me the best they could. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know. My husband is already planning on going in to get him a new vehicle!
