The staff at Ken Ganley Subaru Service in Wickliffe Ohio

The staff at Ken Ganley Subaru Service in Wickliffe Ohio are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before. They are very courteous; attentive to every detail; very communicative to keep the customer informed of service progress and findings. On top of that, the manager of the dealership came out to me while I was waiting ing the customer lounge just to welcome me and spent quality time with me to talk about just about everything outside of vehicle service. He treated me like family. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe Ohio.
