All service was perfect from start to finish.

All service was perfect from start to finish. My service advisor was excellent and explaining the work to be done and when it will be completed. He also was very thorough in the final cost amount. Great communication. I will definitely visit this dealer again for either service or a new car purchase

Had a great salesman,everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would come back here again The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay 150.00 to have my phone down loaded to have remote start. You charged me for something that was already there

We purchased a service plan with our Forester.

We purchased a service plan with our Forester. All the covered maintenance is performed well and all inspections are completed as well. Waiting area is comfortable to use while waiting on service.

Overall process painless.

Overall process painless. From first call to pickup: it?s nice working w/ knowledgeable people. Everyone personable & friendly. Enjoyed loaner but transition to driving an automatic after being use up manual took a few minutes.
